Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter is Kervan Gida UK Limited, trading as Bebeto UK, of Swan Court, 11 Worple Road, London, SW19 4JS ("Bebeto", "we", "us" or "our").
2. The Prize Draw
2.1. The Bebeto Scrooge Sweetener Giveaway ("Prize Draw") gives eligible entrants the chance to win a Bebeto Scrooge Sweetener kit (the "Prize").
2.2. Each Scrooge Sweetener kit will include:
- One (1) Bebeto Scrooge Sweetener Halloween Stop Sign stand with built-in sweet bucket;
- One (1) Bebeto Spooky Mix Trick or Treat Box (675g);
- One (1) Bebeto Spooky Mix Trick or Treat Bag (375g);
- Three (3) Bebeto Witches Cauldron (130g);
- Three (3) Bebeto Witches Hair (160g); and
- Three (3) Bebeto Boo Crew (130g).
2.3. There will be 30 winners.
2.4. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative. Bebeto reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any element of it, with an alternative of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 years or over. Excludes residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, employees of Bebeto, its agencies, affiliates, suppliers and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw, together with their immediate families and household members.
3.2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3.3. Internet access, a valid email address and a valid mainland Great Britain delivery address are required to enter.
3.4. Only one entry is permitted per person and per email address.
4. How to Enter
4.1. The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on 12 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 26 October 2026 ("Prize Draw Period").
4.2. To enter, eligible consumers must visit Bebeto's dedicated campaign landing page at https://www.bebeto.co.uk/pages/halloween during the Prize Draw Period and submit their first name, last name, email address and delivery address (including postcode) using the online entry form.
4.3. Entrants must provide a valid email address and a complete, valid mainland Great Britain delivery address. Entries with incomplete, invalid or incorrect details may be disqualified.
4.4. No third-party, bulk, automated, script-generated or otherwise manipulated entries will be accepted. Bebeto reserves the right to reject entries it reasonably believes are fraudulent, duplicate or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.5. Entry into the Prize Draw is free. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Bebeto. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting info@bebeto.co.uk, and unsubscribing will not affect their entry.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period, using an independently verifiable random-selection method.
5.2. The winners will be selected within one (1) working day of the closing date.
5.3. The winners will be contacted by email using the address submitted through the campaign landing page.
5.4. The Prize will be sent to the delivery address provided by the winner on the entry form. Winners do not need to reply to the notification email to claim the Prize, but should contact Bebeto at info@bebeto.co.uk as soon as possible if their delivery details have changed.
5.5. If a winner is ineligible, has provided invalid or incomplete delivery details, or declines the Prize, or if the Prize cannot be delivered and the winner does not respond to Bebeto within 72 hours of being contacted, Bebeto reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select a replacement winner using the same process.
5.6. Bebeto will never ask a winner for bank details, payment details or passwords in order to claim a Prize.
6. Prize Delivery
6.1. The Prize will be delivered to the mainland Great Britain address provided by the winner on the entry form.
6.2. Bebeto will aim to dispatch the Prize within two (2) working days of the winners being selected. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
6.3. Bebeto is not responsible for delivery delays, loss or damage caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delays caused by third-party delivery service providers.
6.4. The winner is responsible for ensuring the Scrooge Sweetener kit is used safely and appropriately. Children should be supervised when accessing sweets or using the kit.
7. Publicity and Personal Data
7.1. Bebeto will process entrants' personal data (name, email address and delivery address) to administer the Prize Draw, contact the winners and arrange Prize delivery. Delivery addresses will be used solely for this purpose, will not be used for marketing, and will only be kept for as long as necessary to administer the Prize Draw and deliver the Prizes.
7.2. Email addresses collected for the Prize Draw will be added to Bebeto's marketing email list. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
7.3. Bebeto may publish or make available the winners' surnames and counties on its website or social media channels, or to individuals requesting this information.
7.4. Entrants may object to the publication or disclosure of their surname or county, or request that the amount of information shared be reduced, by contacting Bebeto. Bebeto may nevertheless need to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) on request.

8. General
8.1. Bebeto reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any person it reasonably believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, acted fraudulently or attempted to manipulate the Prize Draw.
8.2. Bebeto reserves the right to hold, suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
8.3. Bebeto accepts no responsibility for entries not received, lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or otherwise not successfully submitted due to technical failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes Bebeto's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
8.5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
